House rules

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we kindly ask all guests to observe these guidelines throughout their visit.

We want your stay to be comfortable, relaxed, and memorable. These rules are here to protect you, your fellow guests, and the home we've worked hard to maintain.

Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in: from 2:00 PM
  • Check-out: by 12:00 PM (noon)
  • Early check-in or late check-out must be arranged in advance and is subject to availability.

Guests & Occupancy

  • Maximum occupancy is 5 guests.
  • Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight.
  • Please inform us of all guests at the time of booking.

No Smoking

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
  • Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas of the estate.
  • Violation may result in additional cleaning charges.

No Pets

  • Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
  • Please make alternative arrangements for pets before your stay.

Noise & Quiet Hours

  • Please be respectful of neighbours in the estate.
  • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
  • Loud music, parties, or gatherings are not permitted.

Cleanliness

  • Please leave the apartment in a reasonably clean condition.
  • Dispose of rubbish in the bins provided.
  • Report any damage or breakage promptly — accidents happen, we just need to know.

Security

  • Lock all doors and windows when leaving the apartment.
  • Keep the gate code and access details confidential.
  • Do not duplicate or share access keys.

Safety

  • Do not tamper with smoke detectors or fire equipment.
  • Familiarise yourself with the fire exit routes.
  • In an emergency, call emergency services and notify the host immediately.
